Typical pricing, where it varies by square metre
- Tanking Membrane
- $80 to $150 per square metre depending on application type.
- Dec-K-Ing
- $120 to $180 per square metre, including substrate preparation, installation and edge detailing.
For systems priced by the job rather than by square metre (roof repairs, TPO, Butynol, Torch-On, liquid membrane and deck waterproofing), cost depends on roof or deck size, existing membrane condition, installation complexity and site access. Get a free assessment for an accurate number.
