58m² Torch-On Internal Gutters, St Heliers

An internal gutter sits inside the building envelope, so it carries every drop of water off the roof with the structure directly underneath it. A weak point in the membrane does not drip off the edge of the building, it goes into the framing. On this new build in St Heliers we waterproofed 58m² of internal gutter in Nuraply 3PM torch-on membrane, heat-bonded across the full run, with the upstands, corners and outlet junctions detailed and terminated to manufacturer spec before the roof went on.
