150m² Torch-On Internal Gutters, Kohimarama

An internal gutter sits inside the building envelope, so it carries every drop of water off the roof with the structure underneath it. Any weak point in the membrane leaks straight into the framing, not off the edge of the building. On this new build in Kohimarama we waterproofed 150m² of internal gutter in Nuraply 3PM torch-on membrane, double layer, detailed around outlets and upstands and finished to manufacturer spec.
